What are the eligibility requirements to vote for Board Director candidates?
If you are a CoServ Electric member who paid your membership fee before March 20, 2019, you are eligible to vote for Director candidates. This year, Districts 2 and 7 are up for election. All eligible members can vote, even if you don't live in these Districts. By voting, you will be entered to win 1 of 15 $100 account credits!
How do I vote for Board Director candidates?
The official mail-in ballot is located on the front cover of July's Texas Co-op Power magazine, which will be mailed on June 24. Mail in your ballot to our election official, Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS) using the prepaid envelope provided in the magazine. Remember: Ballots must be received at the offices of SBS by 5 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2019.

How do I RSVP for the Annual Meeting?
You can RSVP online by visiting CoServ.com/RSVP. The deadline to RSVP is July 12. Miss the deadline? No worries! The RSVP is still available. We'll see you there!
Your RSVP is not the registration for the meeting. You will need to bring your orange Registration & Door Prize ticket to the meeting in order to be registered and receive a $20 electric bill credit.
How do I register for the Annual Meeting?
Bring your orange Registration & Door Prize ticket from the back cover of July's Texas Co-op Power magazine to the meeting. Each member who attends will receive a $20 electric bill credit! (Don't worry, lost registration is available at the meeting!)
I already voted, but I misplaced my Registration & Door Prize ticket. How do I get a replacement?
Don't worry! We will have lost registration available at the Annual Meeting. Just ask one of our employees, they'll be happy to help!
How do I enter for door prizes?
We will have a variety of awesome door prizes including the grand prize retired CoServ 2013 Ford F-150 Pickup Truck! Door prizes will be announced after the Business Meeting, so make sure to stick around because you MUST be present to win.
At the Meeting
What's for dinner?
Meat U Anywhere BBQ will be catering our delicious meal this year. Each member will have two free dinner tickets and kids eat for free! Additional meals will be $10 per plate.
What is the schedule of events?
Energy Expo & Kid Zone from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Dinner begins at 5 p.m.
Arcing and Gas Safety Demonstrations from 4:15 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Business Meeting begins at 7 p.m.
Door prizes are drawn after the business meeting.
