If you need additional time to pay your bill, you can request a due-date extension. Payment extensions are only allowed twice per year and cannot be granted if your account is currently past the due date of your disconnection notice.
Once an arrangement for payment is approved, you must make your payment on or by the business day prior to your next statement’s due date to avoid disconnection.
Customers signed up for AutoPay must cancel their enrollment but may re-enroll once payment for the extended due date is made.
You may submit a request for an extension here. Customer Care is committed to responding to these requests within one business hour. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
