We understand that people are going through tough times, and financial assistance and payment extensions are available. It's important for CoServ Members and Customers to call as soon as possible to make arrangements if they cannot make a payment. You can check your account balance in real-time and pay your bill on SmartHub.
If you need additional time to pay your bill, you can request a due-date extension. CoServ Members and Customers must meet eligibility requirements to be approved for a payment extension. Accounts that are already past the due date of your disconnection notice are no longer eligible, which is why it's important to make arrangements as soon as possible. The easiest way to request a payment extension is through your SmartHub account.
Once an arrangement for payment is approved, you must make your payment on or before your next statement's due date to avoid disconnection.
Customers signed up for AutoPay must cancel their enrollment but may re-enroll once payment for the extended due date is made.
Working through the CoServ Charitable Foundation (CCF), CoServ has designated $300,000 to seven social service agencies to help provide financial assistance during this challenging time. Members and Customers who need financial assistance are encouraged to contact one of the agencies. Members and Customers who would like to donate to CCF can do so through their SmartHub account or by visiting CoServ.com/Donate. The CoServ Charitable Foundation is an IRS-recognized 501(c)3 charity, and all donations are tax-deductible, as allowed by law.
