COVID-19 update Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, CoServ has postponed electricity and natural gas disconnection processes through June 1, 2020. However, you may still receive a past-due notification in the next few weeks. You can check your account balance in real time and pay your bill on SmartHub.
Our intention is not to add stress during these uncertain times but, instead, to continue providing the uninterrupted flow of electricity and natural gas—and your timely payment helps us do this. We understand that people are going through tough times, and financial assistance and payment extensions are available.
It's important for CoServ Members and Customers to call as soon as possible to make arrangements if they can't make a payment.
If you need additional time to pay your bill, you can request a due-date extension. Payment extensions are only allowed twice per year and cannot be granted if your account is currently past the due date of your disconnection notice.
Once an arrangement for payment is approved, you must make your payment on or by the business day prior to your next statement’s due date to avoid disconnection.
Customers signed up for AutoPay must cancel their enrollment but may re-enroll once payment for the extended due date is made.
You may submit a request for an extension here. Customer Care is committed to responding to these requests within one business hour. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Working through the CoServ Charitable Foundation (CCF), CoServ has designated $200,000 toseven social service agencies to help provide financial assistance during this challenging time.
