To update your AutoPay payment information, follow these steps:
- Log into your online account
- Select View/Pay Bill
- Select Pay Bill
- Click Wallet
From there, if you do not have an account saved to your Wallet, you will need to add one. Use your most frequently checked email address and add your bank account or credit card information.
Set up AutoPay with an account in your Wallet and cancel your previous AutoPay payment method.
If you are within three days of your next AutoPay payment, you will not be able to make changes within the AutoPay screen.
To make a change to an existing Wallet account, select that account and update your information.
NOTE: Only bank account and credit card information under the Wallet tab can be updated with a new expiration date. Payment information filed under the AutoPay tab cannot be modified.
For uninterrupted AutoPay payments, use an account from your Wallet. Any time you update information (such as expiration dates and ZIP codes) on accounts within the AutoPay screen, automatic payments begin after the next bill due date.
