You can receive bill notifications via email or text* each month. Here's how easy it is:
- Log in to your CoServ account
- Click on the "Notifications" tile
- Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner to add a new contact
- EMAIL: Verify your account by clicking the link sent to your email
- SMS: Verify your account by replying "Y" to the message sent to your phone
- Click the power icon next to "Electronic Bill" in your online account to complete your enrollment
If you wish to receive a paperless bill or get bill updates on your mobile device, make sure your communication preferences are up to date with your most used email address and phone number!
*If you sign up for text message notifications, you will still receive a paper copy of your bill. If you wish to not receive a paper bill, make sure to sign up for paperless billing with a valid email address. If you are still receiving a paper bill after you have updated your preferences, please email email@example.com.
