SmartHub: Smart Usage

Did you know your daily electricity usage is right at your fingertips through your SmartHub account?

You can track your electricity consumption, compare it to past billing periods and even see what your average usage is on a particular day of the week. You can look at your usage for 15-minute increments or explore it by the month by looking back at a year’s worth of data.

Our software analyzes trends to help you find new ways to cut back on energy usage. Members can also take control by setting a Budget Gauge to alert them once they pass a certain threshold. By setting your usage budget, you can see how close you are trending toward that limit.

There are other ways to study your usage in-depth.

CoServ’s Home Energy Calculator allows Members to create a profile of their home based on their thermostat habits, the type of heating and cooling system, insulation levels and appliances. 

CoServ Members can also request an Energy Assessment where one of our trained energy efficiency experts will help you find ways to cut back on energy usage. It’s recommended that Members fill out the Home Energy Calculator before their Energy Assessment appointment so our experts will be able to review the data with them.

Energy Assessment appointments typically last about 30 minutes.
